Assessing Oracy for Learning
Guidance on how you can make formatively assessing oracy easier with Vibbl.
Assessing oracy does not need to be difficult. Vibbl provides the perfect tool for formative assessment and feedback on oracy.
You can use Vibbl to:
- Upload video and audio recordings into Vibbl to be assessed or have them uploaded by your students.
- Use Voice 21’s in-built Oracy Framework to assess all of your oracy in one place.
- Label and structure your assessments using custom labels e.g. “Gold”, “Silver”, “Bronze”.
- Choose to share your assessment with your student or set the assessment up to be self-assessed by your student to train metacognition in oracy.
